WDT: Owens delivers

Courtesy of Democratic Rep. Bill Owens' congressional campaign is a photo of the Plattsburgh resident delivering packages Monday in Glens Falls.

Mr. Owens, dressed in brown UPS garb, picked out a good box to deliver. Not an envelope filled with bills or old shoes or broken electronics, but rather some Enesco giftware.
