Cap Tonight: Owens Introduces Himself to Redrawn District

Democratic Rep. Bill Owens released a YouTube video today that serves as part campaign ad, part re-introduction to a new set of votes in his redrawn Congressional district.

In the video, Owens notes just how big the sprawling North Country district is:

“One of my favorite things to do is to just get in my car and go meet people. And when you represent the North Country, that’s a lot of driving and a lot of great people.”

Owens highlights his own biography and push for job creation, and tells voters he’s voted against “the Republican budget” while also pushes back against China’s currency manipulation.
