It's the latest craze when it comes to healthy eating; Greek yogurt.
Companies are making the high-protein, low fat snack, as fast as Americans are eating it, and that's a good thing for farmers here in New York.
The top two brands have plants here in the state, and although they aren't in the North Country, the increased demand for milk is helping the dairy industry as a whole.
"It benefits all of the farms across New York state, because the more demand there is for milk here in New York, the more opportunities there are for our dairy farms to have good, stable manufacturing places to send their milk to," says Jefferson County Agricultural Development Coordinator Jay Matteson.
